County Security LLC – Referral Program Terms of Service
Effective Date: 09/01/2025
Last Updated: 10/18/2025
Welcome to County Security LLC’s “Get Paid to Keep Your Community Safe” Referral Program (the “Program”).
By participating in this Program, you (“Referrer”) agree to the following terms and conditions established by County Security LLC (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”).
Please read these Terms carefully before submitting any referral. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1. Overview
The Program allows individuals to earn cash rewards by referring businesses, apartment complexes, or events to County Security LLC for security services.
If a referred client signs a service contract and pays their first invoice in full, the Referrer becomes eligible for a referral reward.
Important:
Security services may only be provided when County Security LLC is operating as an active, licensed Private Security Entity (PSE) with required insurance and bond coverage in place.
If the Company is in a pre-operational phase or awaiting activation, referred clients will be placed on a priority service waitlist and contacted upon service availability.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be a U.S. resident.
Not be an employee, agent, or representative of the referred client.
Submit your referral before the potential client has already contacted or negotiated with the Company.
County Security LLC reserves the right to verify all referrals and disqualify any that appear fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible.
3. Referral Rewards
Referrers are eligible for the following rewards:
$50 for a patrol or event security contract that results in a paid client.
$100 for an ongoing on-site security contract (20+ hours per week).
Rewards are issued after the client’s first invoice clears.
Payments are typically processed within 30 days of invoice clearance.
If two or more people refer the same client, the reward will be split evenly between all verified referrers. County Security LLC may determine equitable distribution in case of dispute.
4. Payment Method
Referral payments may be made via cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, direct deposit, or another mutually agreed method.
The Referrer is responsible for providing accurate payment information.
All payments are considered taxable income, and the Referrer is responsible for any applicable tax reporting.
5. Submission Process
To submit a referral, you must provide:
Your name and contact information
The name, business type, and contact details of the referred party
Referrals may be submitted through the official Referral Form or by emailing [email protected].
Incomplete or unverifiable submissions will not qualify.
6. Independent Participant
Participation in this Program does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and County Security LLC.
You act solely as an independent referrer.
7. Confidentiality
Referrers must not disclose or misuse any confidential or client information obtained through the Program.
Misuse of information may result in removal from the Program and potential legal action.
8. Program Modifications or Termination
County Security LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
Any referrals submitted prior to such changes will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of submission.
9. Limitation of Liability
County Security LLC is not responsible for:
Lost, misdirected, or delayed submissions or payments
Technical errors or outages affecting referral submissions
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability will not exceed the value of the referral reward.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
