Welcome to CountySecurity.org. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply specifically to DPSST classes and security services provided by County Security LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). By enrolling in our DPSST classes or contracting for our security services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in DPSST classes or engaging in security services with County Security LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms, as well as any policies referenced within.
DPSST Classes
Eligibility: You must meet all eligibility requirements as outlined by the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) and County Security LLC. You agree to provide accurate information regarding your eligibility.
Class Fees and Payment: Payment for DPSST classes is due upon registration unless otherwise arranged. Fees are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by County Security LLC. Fees do not include any fees assessed by the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) at the time of application for licensure.
Attendance and Participation: You are required to attend all sessions, participate fully, and complete any assignments to receive certification. Missing any class time/sessions may impact certification eligibility.
Certification: Completion of our DPSST courses does not guarantee certification, as certification is issued at the discretion of DPSST and is subject to their requirements.
Code of Conduct: All participants must adhere to a code of conduct. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

Security Services
Scope of Services: County Security LLC provides a range of security services as outlined in specific contracts with clients. These services may only be performed when County Security LLC is operating as an active, licensed Private Security Entity (PSE) with required insurance and bond coverage in place. Until the PSE license and insurance are active, County Security LLC does not offer or perform security services.
Contract Terms: The scope, duration, and fees for security services will be detailed in individual contracts. These terms will include specific responsibilities and expectations for each engagement.
Payment Terms: Fees for security services are invoiced according to the payment schedule defined in the contract. Late payments may incur penalties, and we reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide comprehensive security services, County Security LLC is not liable for any damages, loss, or injury resulting from unauthorized access, theft, or other incidents occurring within the scope of our services. You agree to hold County Security LLC harmless for any incidents outside of our direct control.
